The seat has a water-resistant, quilted nylon cover, soft fleece lining and a shock absorbing surface pad for comfort, and a removable cover for machine washing. A wide reflective strap allows maximum visibility in low light evening or early morning conditions. Safe for pets up to 24 lbs.
